"... BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...
* SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID MORNING AND THEN RAPIDLY DIMINISH DOWN TO FLURRIES. MEASURABLE SNOWFALL WILL END OVER MOST OF THE AREA BY 10 AM.
* ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE AROUND AN INCH. STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE 10 TO 16 INCHES.
* NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL CONTINUE BEFORE DIMINISHING LATE THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS WILL BE WIDESPREAD EARLY THIS MORNING.
* ROADS ARE SNOW PACKED AND SLICK WITH CONSIDERABLE DRIFTING. TRAVEL ON AREA ROADS IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. DRIFTS OF 3 TO 6 FEET ON AREA ROADS ARE BEING REPORTED.
* WIND CHILL READINGS AS LOW AS 10 BELOW TO 15 BELOW ZERO WILL BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY MORNING."
